Join us as we celebrate the end of the Fasching (carnival) season with our annual Lumpenball. This year we are joined again with our friends from the east – the Czechoslovak Moravan Club of Endicott, NY.

This year we will be entertained by Jude’s Polka Jets II and the Czech Club Dancers presenting in traditional dances for the season. The highlight of the evening is always the burial of the string bass, representing an end to revelry as we enter the solemn season of Lent.

We encourage everyone to dress in costume – often a hobo for a man and for woman, let’s say maybe you are dressed in a bit of a revealing manner hoping to draw some attention and maybe a few drinks from amorous males!

$5 / admission (food and beverage extra)  

A full cash bar will be available as well as a broad selection of foods provided by the Czechoslovak Moravin Club at a-la-carte pricing –
Halushki (noodles),
Cabbage dishes,
…and assorted pastries and sweets.

Come and enjoy and evening of fun. Our evening will end with the burial of the bass at 8 pm.

The family at Podlasie will be opening their doors just for the German Club. With this special treat, they have put together a varietal menu we’re sure you’ll enjoy!

Cup of Polish Pickle Soup
One Potato Pancake with Smoked Salmon in Dill sauce
Sampler Entree of: Stuffed Cabbage, Kielbasa, Pirogi

Harvest Wine Festival

Members and public are welcome to join us at our German Club for an afternoon and evening of a Sauerbraten Dinner, German wines, German beer, and great entertainment.

We welcome back thred-white_wineJude’s Polka Jetts II and Friends to our club with their delightful German music from Southern Germany. We will also be entertained by our house accordionist, Alpski.

The kitchen will be serving food starting at 4:30 till sold out. The bar will be available starting at 4 pm with German wines and German beers.

It promises to be a fun filled afternoon and evening. Invite your friends and family!
